2008 Annual Meeting
Registration Process and Options
Please note that there are two types of registrations available this year. Please be sure to read these instructions before choosing the type that is best for you and your firm.
If your firm is a new member (joined after 9/30/07), or if this is your firm’s first Annual Meeting in the past five years, please contact Selected Headquarters at 1-800-323-4219 before registering.
Certain meeting sessions are open only to active members of Selected Independent Funeral Homes and invited guests registered for this meeting. Non-members seeking continuing education credit for other sessions must contact Selected at 1-800-323-4219 to obtain registration information.
• Individual Registration
Select this registration if you are registering as an individual. You may include your spouse or one guest, if applicable, who will attend meal functions but not participate in meeting sessions. Includes admission to all meeting sessions and access to Selected’s hospitality area with beverages. If you are registering two or more people for meeting participation, please select Firm Registration.
• Registration For Member Firms
Select this registration if you are registering two or more people from your firm for meeting participation. Includes admission to all meeting sessions and access to Selected’s hospitality area with beverages. If you are the only person from your firm who will be participating in meeting sessions, select Individual Registration.
• Meal Options
Several meal options are available this year. Your meal selections will need to be added to your meeting registration selection. For more information regarding meal options or to indicate special requests or needs, please contact Selected Headquarters at 1-800-323-4219.
- Full Meal Package includes all meal functions: one Wednesday evening Opening Reception (two drink tickets and several food stations), three luncheons (Thu./Fri./Sat.), one Friday morning breakfast buffet and Saturday evening Closing Reception and Banquet (two drink tickets and wine service with meal).
- Session Meals Only includes three luncheons (Thu./Fri./ Sat.) and one Friday morning breakfast buffet.
- Wednesday Evening Opening Reception Only includes two drink tickets and several food stations.
- Saturday Evening Closing Reception and Banquet Only includes two drink tickets and wine service with meal.

All amounts are shown in U.S. dollars. Cancellation of registration and/or meal packages received prior to Sep. 23 will result in full refund less a service charge of $100.00. Cancellation received after Sep. 23 will result in refund for registration only (not meals) plus the $100.00 charge.
